Paul assisted my wife and I in probably one of the most challenging transactions. Paul was amazing! We had an unpleasant experience with a previous broker, which appeared to be the seller's agent as opposed to ours, and when we spoke to Paul to set our expectations, he made it very clear that he would look after us as if it was his own money on the line. When we moved out of our house and started renting it, it was the first time we had rented out a house.
